End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these terms, InnerPrompt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, and use the InnerPrompt mobile application on your personal iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscription Terms for Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

2.1 Subscription Service

InnerPrompt offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide unlimited access to premium features including:

• Unlimited journal entries with AI insights
• Advanced AI-powered personality analysis
• Personal AI life coach chat functionality
• Automatic goal tracking and progress monitoring
• Premium writing prompts and templates
• Export capabilities for your journal data
• Priority customer support
• Advanced analytics and reflection tools

2.2 Subscription Pricing and Duration

Subscription prices and duration are clearly displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase:

• Monthly Subscription: Billed monthly at the current monthly rate displayed in the App Store
• Annual Subscription: Billed annually at the current annual rate (typically offering significant savings compared to monthly billing)

All prices are subject to applicable taxes and may vary by region.

2.3 Auto-Renewal Process

Your subscription will automatically renew for successive periods of the same duration as your original subscription unless you cancel. Key details:

• The renewal charge will be equal to the current subscription price at the time of renewal
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You will receive a confirmation of renewal charges via email from Apple
• Subscription pricing may change, but you will be notified in advance of any price increases

2.4 Billing and Payment

All subscription billing is handled by Apple through your Apple ID account:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
• All transactions are processed securely by Apple's payment system
• InnerPrompt does not store your payment information
• Subscription charges will appear on your Apple ID account statement

2.5 Managing and Canceling Subscriptions

You have full control over your subscription through your Apple ID account. To manage or cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iOS device
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find "InnerPrompt" in your active subscriptions
5. Tap it to view subscription details
6. Choose "Cancel Subscription" if you wish to cancel

Important: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium features until your subscription expires.

2.6 Free Trial Terms

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers:

• Trial length will be clearly displayed before you subscribe
• If you decide to subscribe before your free trial ends, you forfeit the remainder of the trial period
• If you don't cancel during the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged
• Only one free trial per Apple ID account

2.7 Refunds

All subscription refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy. InnerPrompt cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. License Restrictions

You may not and you agree not to permit others to:

• Copy, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any part of the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations

4. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by InnerPrompt, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, including your journal entries and personal data.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

InnerPrompt uses artificial intelligence to analyze your journal entries and provide insights, feedback, and coaching. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only
• AI insights should not be considered professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice
• You should consult qualified professionals for serious mental health concerns
• AI analysis may not always be accurate and should be used with discretion

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time.

8. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the App and delete all copies from your devices. Active subscriptions will continue until their expiration date unless cancelled through your Apple ID account.

9. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL INNERPROMPT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

• This EULA is concluded between you and InnerPrompt only, and not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims you have or any claims of any third party relating to the App
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce this EULA against you
• This EULA incorporates by reference Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement

12. Updates and Modifications

We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated EULA on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new EULA.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this EULA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
